Title: Ham, Egg and Cheese Casserole

Yield: 12 Servings

5cPlain bread cubes or crouton
1lbHam; chopped*
2cCheddar cheese; cubed small*
4cMilk **
1/4tsPepper**
6 Eggs**
1/3cCorn oil**
1tsSalt**
1tsDry mustard**
1/3 C flour**

* Place these in the bottom of a greased 9 X 13 pan. ** Pour this mixture over crouton mixture and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 300 for 1 1/2 hours. Let sit for 10 to 15 minutes before serving. Cut into squares. Serves 12 to 15 (not at our house!!)
